You can create a "cascading" shortcut on the start menu to things like the control panel, printers, etc.Open Regedit
CTRL-F to find
Find "Control Panel"
On the left side of the 2 pane window you need to right click on the OPEN FOLDER!
Choose "Copy Key Name"
Explore your C: drive to Windows\Start Menu
Create a new folder
Name the folder "Control Panel." After the '.' you need to CTRL-V to paste the Key Name that you copied.
After you pasted the Key Name delete the HKey_Classes... up to the '{'
Press Enter
Your folder name should look somthing like:
Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
Now you will have a shortcut on the start menu!
Try it out with recycle bin, printers, etc.
Have Fun!
