After Installing Quictime 4.0 in Windows Millenium the Icon for Quicktime appears in Control Panel but when I try to access it to change some settings I get "An error occurred while windows was working with C:\Windows\System\Quicktime.Cpl" The Quicktime.cpl file is there in Windows>System. I can't find a reference to this problem on either the Microsoft KB or Apples Quicktime support. Otherwise, Quicktime seems to work O.K. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the help. Have found out that Quicktime 4.1 doesn't work in Windows Me. I could not find directions anywhere to completely remove Quicktime. I went into the Registry and removed all traces of it there with a search. I also searched for traces of it in Windows Me and deleted them. I then reinstalled Quicktime 4.0 instead of 4.1 and everything seems to work.
