My question is about blue screens. I had a problem all weekend, when I tried to surf the web I kept getting a blue screen. This didn’t happen in the past until I installed Norton’s Firewall. The only reason I think it is that is because when I disabled it I didn’t have the problem. My question is when I get a blue screen how do I determine what caused it. Is there a list somewhere that will tell me what the error codes mean, or a way to read them? Once again thank you ahead of time for your help.Ralph

Heck, there is whole data base with all kinds of blue screens on Microsoft's web site (http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp?DU=C&FR=0). One of those articles does have the error codes, but I haven't time right now to find it. A search with your error code may find it. Larry 2.
