How to install win98 after formating?

I formated my hard drive but i have no cdrom drivers, i've run fdisk and all, i just need to install the windows 98 operating system. How do i go by installing it if i can't run the cd-rom? I've done this before but i forget how LoL sorry so please help?

See if the computer will boot to the Windows CD. You may have to set the CD-ROM drive as the boot drive in the CMOS Setup. If it won’t, see http://duxcw.com/faq/cdrom/cdrom.htm. Larry
