I am having this problem with outlook express. I can't seem to print any content. All I get is the subject, sender and so on. Any idea what's wrong ??? If I want to remove completely the OE5 and reinstall, any good software or method ?? Thanks in advance.

In Outlook Express click Layout, View, check Show preview pane, OK or download and install IE/Outlook Express 5.5 at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie. Larry
