I just recently purchased a Gateway PC with 2000 Me, Now I can't install my HP 4100c Scanner that I have used for past 2 years. I called HP and they stated I need the new software disc, so I received it, and still can't install, I called HP Tech help again, and they do not have an answer, can anyone help me? Mike
