How does one unzip a file with zip extension in Windows 2000?

I use Power Archiver for Win 9X/ME: http://www.powerarchiver.com/. It's absolutely free, works well for what I do, works on Win 2000, and has none of those annoying messages prompting you to register, etc. Larry
