W2K & W98 dual boot

I have added another HDD and installed Win98SE, I had to cheat by uplugging C:!!! as W2K would not let install W98 to the new drive(F:)
I know I have gone about this in a roundabout manner, How can I now have a dual boot option
Both O/S have been installed as FAT32
Or shall I just convert my drives to plugin's (lol)

you need to install 98/ME first, then 2000. when prompted to upgrade choose no, then do a clean install on a DIFFERENT parition then 98/ME. Here is the guide from this site.
