See if renaming your password list files fixes it. The are located in c:\windows\ and end with .pwl Those files store all of the passwords (for various users) Windows has remembered for your internet connection, etc. If you rename those files and do not restore them, you will have to reenter the info. If it doesn’t fix the problem, delete any new .pwl files and rename the previous ones back so they end in *.pwl. I would like to know if this worked. Larry

Restore the files kernel32.dll & explorer.exe from win98 setup by the foll. command
