When trying to access files from the bottom task bar, sometimes the pgms will not launch. When oyu click on the icon on the task bar, nothing happens?Any ideas?

"Restarting the Taskbar

If you need to restart the taskbar (for example, after you've changed a registry entry), press CTRL+ALT+DEL, click Explorer, and then click End Task. The taskbar is removed and then restarts." Larry
