I have a celeron 700 PC with 2 IDE hard disks( Samsung 40 GB and western digital 4.3 GB). In the second hard disk Red hat linux 7.1 was installed. Windows Me was installed in first hard disk. I have a lot of data in Linux partition. How can I access data in linux partition from Windows me.

Windows and Linux use different file systems, therefore you cannot access the linux files or drivespace when in windows, and vice versa. Hope this helps! 3. RE: How to access linux partition from windows me lbyard Nov-20-01 08:35 PM In response to message 2
Did you look at the link in my last post. Cut and paste the whole link. Larry 4. RE: How to access linux partition from windows me BigJim Nov-20-01 09:41 PM In response to message 3
Sorry about that. I am a college student, and my Windows2000 professor told the class that the drives would not be able to read eachother due to different file systems. I read the above link and understand how it works. thanks.
