MSBACKUP for WIN ME

I've read the helpful FAQ on where to find this useful backup - great if you have a Win ME CD.
I have 6 users with ME systems from 3 different suppliers - DELL, Gateway and Packard Bell. Not one of them has been supplied with a Microsoft WIN ME CD, they all have the suppliers own recovery & utilities CD's and I cannot find msbexp.exe on any of them.
Should I be looking for something slightly different or do I need to thump the table and insist that one of them at least supplies the CD.

Yes, or have them tell you where it is on their CD or find a CD from an older version of Windows.

Thanks, I'll tackle DELL tomorrow. I've tried to find msbexp on a '98 CD without luck, is it installed some other way? It's already installed on my Gateway '98 system

In Windows 98 Msbackup.exe and is located in the Program Files\Accessories\Backup folder. Copy it from your Gateway '98 system to a floppy. Larry

Oh dear, is it that simple? I was expecting to have to find an installation program!
