shortcut for closing win98SE

Can anybody tell me what command to use for shutting down win 98SE without recieving any additional questions?

Make a new shortcut and type this
c:\windows\rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows

just use ur keyboard
"alt-f4" "enter"
when u shut down u normally use the shut down command other than restart so the "shut down" bullet should be highlighted (chosen)

I teach my students this way:
Ctrl+Esc , U, S, Enter
If you memorize it, you can even do a gracefull shutdown with a malfunctioning monitor.
To memorize think of this,
"With a Passport, you can make a CONTROLLED ESCAPE fron the U S to ENTER another country"
