Dell OEM W2K

Can I get the Dell W2K Pro version that came w my new Dell PC to install on a non-Dell PC. Rigth now it only recognizes Dell PCs. Any help ?

Yes Larry, now that you mention it is a grey area. I was mislead by your thoughts on OEM Windows Versions http://duxcw.com/faq/win/oem.htm. The copy I have is legal, it came with a Dell machine I no longer use, the more powerful Aptiva came with W98.
But as you said OEM is OEM

It would be illegal to use it on both comptuers at the same time, in my considered opinion, if you get my meaning, and my constraints on this forum. Larry
