Problem with Norton Internet Security 2002

when using AOL and the above app i am alwys getting a web page unavailable message, this is for all web pages, on all sites....i have uninstalled both aol and norton nd reinstalled to no avail...aol support are of no help, they advise to ompletely uninstall norton and access the internet without it...
i am using windows xp...and have upgraded to version 6 for internet explorer...both have been working fine for a couple of weeks...nothing
has been installed at the time this started playing up....
does anyone have any ideas????

You probably need to change the configuration on it ( I never have used it so I have no idea), if I were you I would uninstall it and download Zonealarm. Zonealarm is better anyways and alot easier to configure, and there is a ton of free support. Look at www.grc.com and you will see what I mean.
