Office2k Prob

Hello,
I am facing trouble while installing office2k on win98. When i start setup a message appears saying that:

Error Creating process<c:\windows\Temp\ix p000.tmp\imsinst.exe//instmsi.msi REBOOT=REALLYSU PRESS/q> Reason %1 is not a valid win32 alllication.
I am not able to install office plz help me.....
