LAST EDITED ON Feb-26-01 AT 08:15 PM (GMT)I have created this forum in response to reader requests. Unlike the other Forums, this one is for you, my dear Game fanatics, etc. Let it be known that Larry does not approve of overclocking processors and some the other things that will obviously be discussed here. Let's keep the language clean, OK? Have fun! Larry
Hey when did this get here????
Whoa! It's already tomorrow on the forums! I wonder if there's anything I should warn myself of in the past
Yesterday. See announcement at the top. Larry
Larry,I, too, am not a believer in overclocking. But then this year, I figured what the heck - if I burn out a component, I'll have a good excuse to go out and upgrade something. Besides that, my aging K6 systems needed some added life, and that is why I went the overclocking route. So far, these K6-III+ 450mhz chips are doing well.
Well I ran a 300a @450 for 2 1/2 years no problem. I overclock because I can't afford the processor speed I want so I have gone this route. Havn't burned one up yet!

So is Deerslayer the moderator? Rob
So far, we have no official moderator for this Forum. I'll watch it until we find someone who likes wearing arrows in their back. Larry
I shoot the arrows, not wear them![]()
