You need to install the correct driver for your video card. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, System Properties and then select the Device Manager tab. Double click on Display Adapters and then right click on your video card ... and select Properties. From that box select the Driver tab and at the bottom you will see Update driver, click on that and follow the prompts, if you have any problems let us know. 2. LAST EDITED ON May-16-02 AT 10:37 AM (EST) The best thing to do is find out what your vga card is and find the correct driver youre obviously using the wrong one if you know what it is you could checkout the maunfacturer website or www.driverzone.com and see if its their. Windows doesnt come with every driver ever made.

This might help: http://duxcw.com/digest/Fromshop/mb/det.htm. Also, I almost always have downloaded drivers from the manufacturer's web site, and very rarely rely on driver download sites (I might have done it 2 or 3 times in the last 15 years) for them. Chances are the manufacturer will have the most recent drivers. You should be looking for the manufacturer of the board and not the manufacturer of the chipset on the board, in most cases. Larry 5.
