What kind of mouse do you have? A mouse with a ball pointer or laser pointer?
So you hear a buzz noise when you move it right? Does the sound come out of the mouse or speakers. If, it comes out of the mouse then just clean it. If it comes out of the speakers then that is a different issue.

Yes i have a Laser pointer, the noise comes out of my speakers?
