my modified case is done ( i think)

Well finally got the pics. I was too close to see the baybus lights and forgot an inside pic. It was alot of wrok getting all that wiring neat. I have 10 of 16 fans hooked up to the baybus. I left front fan, 2 50's in back and power supply fan left hooked up normal. The switches are: up (red) 12 volt, middle off ( no light), down (green) 9 volt.
I added it up it is 418 cfm @ high speed!

Very impressive indeed!
I don't think I'd be able to install all those fans on any of my cases. But perhaps I'd leave the cover off and have to portable fans blowing from each side instead.

more than 1 supply in case or all are AC?

300 watt Enlight. Actually the fans dont take that much juice. the 80mm take 2.6 watts each and the 50's take 1.6.
All kidding aside, i have talked to a guy that USES A/C. He has it mounted to the side of a full tower blowing in. have motherboard temps of 19F in southern California!!!!! That guy has a p3 1 gig @1.5, t-bird 1.2 @ 1.5 and a p4 1.5 @ 1.875.
All are stable and ran that way. He also makes his own Nvidia drivers and Bios for the KT7a abit board so he can get higher voltages.
Now that is what I call tweaking!!!!

19F?? Or do you mean 19C? If 19F, he must have lotsa condensation all over his case!
As for your superhyperventilated machine, I'd like to see how the inside looks with all the wires hanging from the side panels. Might be kinda hard changing/adding expansion cards.

The A/c is blowing in. A window a/c unitl draws the moisture OUT. I asked him and he said it is dry as a bone inside. 19 F not C.

copperpipe, the wires are not hanging, everything is tucked away as much as possible, and inside flexable tubing to cover wires.
