That does sound high. I have found that most of my celerons run between 90-95 without overclocking. Are you using retail heatsink for intel. I found they do not do a very good job cooling. There are e-tailers that specialize in cooling and heatsink fans. and can bring that temperature down if it is acurate.
Perhaps you want to verify that by checking with some other monitoring sofware. Abit's now come with hardware doctor, use it to see what that says. If you don't have anything else there are other programs out there to use to monitor your system.I have had lock ups above 108 F (42 C) I have never got as hot as you and I have 3 celerons all overclocked pretty high.
