Raleigh North Caroline Barbeque

In the early 60'sa close friend inroduced me to Clyde Cooper's North Carolina Pork Barbeque while going to school at the North Carolina State University in Raleigh. It is sort of a developed taste that only take two vists to mature. It's little bit hot at the begiing and you know it's hot at the end. Since then, we have searched for a recipe to duplicate this wondeful treat. You will find many recipes that claim to be "Raileigh-Durham Barbeque." Well, I like the orginal Ralie barbeque. I won't pot the recipe here becauae it's not mine. This one, and my Wife's hard work, is the closet I remember to being the real Clyde Cooper's North Carolina Pork Barbeque.
