Hang-up IC Host Dial-up MODEM from an ICS Client

Q. How can one hang-up a dial-up MODEM on a Windows 9x/Me ICS host computer from an ICS client computer?

A.  It can't be done with ICS according to Microsoft (Dial-Up Connection in ICS Does Not Prompt to Disconnect on Client (Q237806) at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q237806&SD=MSKB&), and that behavior is by design.  Besides the person using the host or another client might not like it.  However... Chris Giles sent me an E-Mail on this FAQ and stated:

"It can easily and elegantly be done by installing the Remote Disconnection Utility, freeware from http://www.twiga.ltd.uk. Works like a charm."
