Hyperlinks Don't Work

Q. How does one fix Outlook/Outlook Express so
hyperlinks work?
A. This can be can be caused by the installation
and uninstall of another browser such as Netscape. In Windows 9x/Me
Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs, and make sure
the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default
browser" checkbox is checked. This setting can be done in the
