Can't View HTML Source From the Internet Explorer

Q.  How does one fix a problem which prevents viewing HTML source code from the Internet Explorer?  When View, Source is clicked in the main menu nothing happens.

A.  This usually happens when the disk space allocated for Temporary Internet files has been reached.  To delete all temporary Internet files, click Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet files section.
