Do they see each other when the server is disconnected? If you have an NT server, then you have an NT Domain? The NT Domain and workgroup have to have the same name. You have to set the Windows Client to log into the domain to see the server, etc. Do you have MS hard disk and printer sharing installed? Have you shared the hard disks.
