It probably will work. Set the CMOS on the new motherboard to autodetect the drive. Windows will "thrash around" when it finds a new motheboard as it installs drivers, etc. It will proablbly go through several reboots in the process. Start by not plugging in any boards except the video. Once everything is working and the motherboard and video drivers are installed, install on board at-a-time. Larry
