The ATI TV Wonder review http://duxcw.com/digest/Reviews/Vidcard/ati/tv_wond/atitvwon2.htm mentions that the card works with Win98 Web TV.
What version of the ATI software came with the reviewed card? I have been waiting to buy this product when it supported Web TV. The card did not support Web TV when it came out earlier this year. http://support.atitech.ca/infobase/3218.html
