How can I "trigger" an ATX power supply to test it? The fan does not even come on. I want to verify that this is the problem. I don't want to believe that I have a bad motherboard. I have a VOM, can I check for voltage at the main plug? This is a new power supply and case. Of course, I have heard of new power supplies being bad.
