Every time I try to install ICS on my PIII 500 it dissables my internet access. I first attempted it with a standard dial up modem and after connection, it will take 5 min just to send or receive 700 bits (not KB) of data. Since getting DSL the charactoristics change slightly but the end result is the same. Attempting a ping to my static IP address assigned to the NIC in my PC returns a "Host unreachable"
