John, try static IPs the two network adapters used for the LAN. Use 192.168.0.X. ICS should have made the one on the server 192.168.0.1. Mask should be 255.255.255.0. I would uninstall and reinstall ICS after the assignment. If that doesn't work I would try SyGate. See my review. You can download a trial version. Larry
