On 11/29 I ordered a USB-IO CABLE for EPOX and received in good time. However, when I installed it, it did not work. Checking it out, I discovered that it is wired backwards. I sent an email to LBYARD@biddeford.com explaining this and have had no response. Why was this ignored?
