My reset button on my Packard Bell R515 does not work at all ever since I got the PC. I don't need to use it too often but there are times I can't CTRL-ALT-DEL out and I just have to turn off the PC. I think once ever the reset button worked and I have no idea why. I was reading the one article about the power supply problem and I was wondering if maybe something is loose that is making the button not work properly.
