1. Check the monitor plug for bent pins. Be sure it is plugged-in properly and screwed-on. 2. Be sure the computer is coming on and the problem is that the monitor is not coming on. You should be able to hear the hard disk boot. 3. Try another monitor and power cycle the computer several times. If the other monitor comes-up everytime, return the new monitor. If the manufacture's tech support is unsatisfactory, ask for a refund and buy a different brand. Larry
