Hi,
The question of whether to have the power cable hooked up or not while touching the internals of a pc case has been troubling me. I've heard people say you must leave it on to keep the chassis grounded. Others urge us to disconnect it. Not sure if I'm being too paranoid about this, but I'd like a definitive answer to set my mind as ease once and for all.
