Networking two 95's, cant view access resources

I have a 5 port hub and two 10baseT cards. The cables test fine on a tester, but I cant ping them. They can ping htemselves, but, not the other PC. Also, They see each opther in netowrk neighborhood, but, when I try to access the resources on each computer, it gives me "Test(name of pc) is not accesible" "the computer opr sharename could not be found, make sure you typed it correctly and try again". Any suggestions on what to do would be nice, this is the message it gives on both sides...
