Larry,
Thanks to you and your wonderful computer digest I've setup and configured a 2 pc network running Windows 98 using a crossover cable(no hub). From the host I have no problem sending and receiveing e-mail. However, from the client pc I'm not able to send. I've got the Internet Options setup the same as they are for IE. Under the Connections tab, the Dial up settings box in empty. Under the LAN Settings button I've got all boxes unchecked. However, when trying to send a message the dial-up window appears instead of finding the connection through the LAN. Any help you can give me would be great.
Thanks for all the help you've givin me already.
Thanks again.......................vsalvia
