You need a board with a composite video or svideo output. Not all TVs can take svideo, but if you have one with an svideo input it will look better. The sound comes from your sound board. You will need a software or hardware decoder to play DVD movies. The creative labs CT7160 decoder works well and has both Svideo and composite video outputs. (see http://duxcw.com/digest/Howto/buildcom/athlon/ath_11.htm). Several of the ATI video boards have TV out. There are boards with TV-out from other manufactures, but I have not tested them. Larry
