I have a Gateway 400c,128megs of ram,Intel usb chipset,,my scanner was working and then just stopped,,I proceeded to do what the manufactuer suggested,,uninstall precision scan software and do a reinstall to no avail,,I clean formatted my hard drive and started from scratch,,still nothing,,I know usb ports are ok,,I diagnosed with win 98 cd,,any help would be appreciated
