"Despite the SARS epidemic, the war in Iraq and economic uncertainty, the personal computer market grew faster than expected last quarter."  This plus many other positive headlines over the last few weeks leads me to conclude that the tech sector slump that started in 2000 has finally ended.  Coincidently (or is it a coincidence?), the Internet advertising slump has also ended.
